Whether you are an entrepreneur, come from a broken family life, survived a narcissist, are stuck in your career, or feel unfulfilled in your life, the journey to change begins within. At any given moment, you are playing many roles, but at the core of it all is the search to discover your true self.
We are the creators of our lives—everything we experience, consciously or unconsciously, is a result of our own creation. Part of the journey to awakening and eventual enlightenment is to start creating consciously every second of every day, taking responsibility for our creatorship. To achieve this, we must “clean house.”

What you fear you will create and it will become your reality. We are in a constant state of creation; there is no off button. By embracing our creatorship, we connect with our higher self and begin to love ourselves. With this self-love, we become better humans, living harmoniously with others. Your higher self is knocking, and although it may feel like your life is falling apart, remember: sometimes things must fall apart to fall into place. This is part of breaking free from the human experience and reconnecting with your true self.

My process guides you through a step-by-step journey to self-discovery and transformation. Each step is designed to help you unlock your true potential.

STEP 1 - INNER CONFLICT
The first step is to quieten the mind and settle the internal battles of anxiety, stress, and fear. We all have dreams, desires, and goals yet often we find our inner voice very limiting and restrictive, which could result in feeling stuck and procrastination. This foundational step sets the stage for deeper work.
STEP 2 - Negative Emotions (Shadow Work)
Negative emotions are the triggers for our beliefs. In folk dialect, this is referred to as shadow work. In this step, we release these negative and limiting emotions, which sets us free to create a life of our dreams and allow for deeper healing and transformation.
STEP 3 - Limiting Beliefs
Limiting beliefs shape your life experiences. Many of these beliefs we accept and take over from our parents, school, peers, and our general social environment. We made the best choice at that moment which now results in a feeling of being stuck. By identifying and clearing these beliefs, we can open up new possibilities and ways of being.
STEP 4 - Hierarchy of Values
Your values act as a filter for how you receive information. By re-evaluating and adjusting your values, you can access more empowering information and perspectives. This step is very valuable when you want to change careers, or you decide to study, or you are growing your business; re-organising these values allows you to place your focus where it is most beneficial.
STEP 5 - Unconditional Self-Love
Unconditional self-love is essential for true healing. Learning to love yourself without conditions allows you to heal and thrive. Self-love is also the cornerstone of the person you will be in your world: – Know and enforce your boundaries. You will have more patience, consideration, and a greater sense of your role in your community and world.
STEP 6 - Positive Self Image
We have three self-images: the one perceived by others, the one we consciously hold, and the subconscious image formed from our internal dialogue. Improving this subconscious image is key to realizing our true potential. When we act from our place of limiting beliefs (speak and action) and we want to portray ourselves as a confident person society often experiences us as being inauthentic. This step brings your image, your words, and your actions into uniformity.
STEP 7 - Goal Setting
Master the art of crafting sustainable goals. All too often, we set goals without fully understanding what it will take to achieve them. I will empower you to approach your goals with confidence, deep knowledge of the necessary steps, and the daily commitment required for success. Most importantly, I will help you identify and release any limiting emotions and beliefs that could hinder your progress in the moment.
STEP 8 - Bio-Energy
The daily stresses we encounter have a significant impact on us, affecting us physically, emotionally, and mentally. In my practice, I am confident that releasing these emotions and beliefs both mentally and physically enhances our healing process and propels us forward.
Tailored Transformation for your unique journey
While this eight-step process provides a foundational framework for our work together, I will design a Transformation Track specifically tailored to your unique needs and goals. My approach ensures that each phase of the process is customized to address your individual challenges and aspirations, offering you a personalized journey that aligns with your personal growth and transformation. This way, you receive the most relevant and effective support throughout our coaching relationship.
The complete Transformation Track typically requires between 16 to 20 hours to complete. This timeframe encompasses all eight steps of the process and is designed to provide a thorough and impactful experience. The sessions can be conducted either in person or online, depending on your preference and convenience. Please note that the Bio Energy step of the process is specifically an in-person experience and is not available online.
Session Options
In-Person Intensive
If you prefer an immersive experience, you have the option to complete the Transformation Track through a four-day intensive with me. This format allows us to work closely together over a concentrated period, accelerating your progress and deepening your transformation.
Flexible Scheduling
Alternatively, you can choose to spread the sessions out over time in a way that best fits your schedule. Whether you prefer one session per week, multiple sessions per week, or a few sessions spread over several months, we can customize the pacing to align with your availability and goals.

The duration and number of sessions required may vary depending on your individual needs and the depth of the work required. Some clients may need more time to cover certain aspects of the process, while others may progress more quickly. We will regularly assess your progress and adjust the schedule as necessary to ensure that we effectively address all relevant areas.
Ongoing Maintenance
After completing the Transformation Track, ongoing maintenance sessions are available as needed. These sessions provide additional support and guidance when new challenges or questions arise. Whether you need a follow-up session to address specific issues or periodic check-ins to stay on track, I’m here to offer continued assistance and ensure your ongoing success.
By offering flexible session options and ongoing support, I aim to provide a comprehensive and adaptable approach that meets your needs and supports your continuous growth and transformation.
